Reiki is the manipulation of universal energy to help relieve ailments of the body and mind. It can be used on almost all complaints or just to promote a deeply relaxed state. Many people witness seeing coloured lights or images during a session as well as feeling tingling or changes in temperature through the body as the Energy flows.This 30 minute session is perfect for trying Reiki, or for a quick reset.
